What is Afterpay?

Afterpay allows you to shop for
the things you love and pay over time.
Split your purchase across

What do I do if an item is damaged? 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Can I return an item due to change of mind?

OH MOM, LIMITED will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in good condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.


(OH MOM, LIMITED) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

How long does it take to get my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method if the return was approved and shipped by the 7th day. Please remember it can take 5-7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can you ship to a P.O Box?

OH MOM, LIMITED can ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

Can I get an exchange?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will be refunded immediately. Refunds can take up 7 days depending on your bank or institution.

Customer is responsible for shipping. 

I didn’t receive my order, what should I do?

Please check your address before placing your order.

If your tracking states that your order has been “delivered”, please contact your local USPS office. 

  • In the event that an address was entered incorrectly and delivered to that address; we are not responsible and do not offer refunds or re-ship. It is important to double check your address. 

  • In the event that you do mistakenly put the wrong address and catch it before the item(s) are processed and shipped; contact customer service immediately to cancelled your order. After, you will be able to recreate your order.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days after placed order.

Our operating days are Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time we may be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

How long is transit time Internationally?

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 15 - 35 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier and customs clearance. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

All international shoppers are responsible for additional taxes (from country) on their orders.

Can you ship to a P.O Box?

OH MOM, LIMITED can ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

How long does shipping take?

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 8 days.

Can the delivery address be changed?

We are NOT able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Can you ship to a Military address?

Yes, we are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using other courier services.

What items can not be returned?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
